Approach
Complete theme rebuild from scratch using modern Liquid + CSS. We redesigned the product pages for higher perceived quality, optimized checkout flow, and ensured sub-3s load times on mobile.

Beauty Brand: Performance Overhaul & App Stack Cleanup
Challenge
Store had slowed to a crawl. 12+ apps were bloating the codebase. Cart abandonment was 5% higher than industry average due to slow checkout.
Approach
Audited and removed unnecessary apps, consolidated functionality, refactored Liquid, and optimized images aggressively. Migrated off third-party fonts to system fonts. Removed render-blocking scripts.

Home Goods Retailer: Magento to Shopify Plus Migration
Challenge
Magento instance was expensive to maintain, slow, and couldn't handle peak traffic. No mobile app. B2B features were custom and fragile.
Approach
Mapped Magento schema to Shopify. Wrote custom migration scripts for 40k SKUs, pricing, customer data. Set up B2B catalog with Shopify Plus. Configured 301 redirects to preserve SEO. Built staging environment for QA.
